FLD-0011 Single UV Flame Detector for Indoor Fire Hazard Zones

The FLD-0011 is a high-performance Single UV Flame Detector from the Dome Safe Series, designed for rapid and accurate flame detection in indoor industrial environments. It is ideal for locations such as cold storage, chemical heating rooms, battery storage, fume hoods, warehouses, and hydrogen storage or processing areas, where fire hazards must be addressed with utmost urgency. Operating within the UV spectral range of 185–260nm, the FLD-0011 can detect even small flames, such as a 1-foot n-Heptane pan fire, up to 88 feet (27 meters) away. With a wide field of view (90° horizontal and vertical) and a fast response time of under 3 seconds, it ensures comprehensive and immediate fire detection. Sensitivity and time delay (1 sec / 5 sec) can be adjusted via hardware, ensuring no zone crossover and tailored performance for different setups. Equipped with multiple output options—buzzer, LED, and SPDT relay—the detector provides clear and instant alerts. The green LED indicates normal operation, while the red LED and buzzer activate during fire detection. An ACK key allows quick acknowledgment and reset after alarm conditions. The detector is compact, lightweight (approx. 160g), and easy to install with its ceiling-mounted polycarbonate housing. It operates on 9–24VDC or via an optional 230VAC adapter, with power consumption of less than 1W.
