The HTD-8800-FLP model provides fast and accurate detection of heat buildup in ambient temperatures, with factory preset temperature set points (50°C, 60°C, 70°C, 80°C, 90°C, and 110°C). It features auto-reset operation, returning to a normal state after the temperature cools down. The device comes with IP66-rated protection, ensuring high resistance against dust and water ingress. Its cast aluminium alloy housing is durable, while the double compression cable glands and EX-proof cable entry ensure safe installation in explosive environments.
The HTD-8811-FLP is an enhanced version, equipped with two SPDT relay contacts for alarm output, as well as a hooter cum flasher for immediate alerts. This model is ideal for applications requiring immediate attention in case of overheating. It also supports a 4-20mA output, enabling seamless integration into control systems. With a response time of less than 60 seconds, it ensures timely action in
critical situations.
For advanced communication capabilities, the HTD-8822-FLP integrates RS-485 communication with the MODBUS RTU protocol,
offering remote monitoring and control. It also includes a 4-digit seven-segment LED display, providing clear visibility of the current status. This model is especially beneficial for real-time monitoring in automated environments. Certified by CIMFR for IIA, IIB, and IIC group approvals, these heat detectors meet stringent international safety standards, including IS/IEC 60079 and IS/IEC 60529, ensuring
